EXPLAST is a family owned distribution company of plastic granulates operating since 1995 on the market of plastics. We deliver mainly commodity plastics as polyethylene, polypropylene and styrenic plastics.<\/i> We offer plastics not only for common processing technologies \u2013 injection moulding, extrusion and blow moulding <\/i>\u2013 but also for special technologies e.g. roto moulding, compounding, coating and for production of expanded and extruded polystyrene<\/i>. We offer selected additives and colouring masterbatches.<\/p>\n
Our the most important products are polyethylene grades for film production.<\/i> In our portfolio you can find all polyethylene grades invented in last 20 years, produced by the newest technological processes, like C4, C6, C8 copolymers, very low density polyethylene (VLDPE) or even with ultra-low density (ULDPE).<\/i> Also so-called plastomers PE<\/i> or the newest tubular technologies offering new progressive LDPE grades or plastics using metallocene catalysts (mLLDPE)<\/i> in their production. The same is valid for polypropylene, we offer plastomers PP Vistamaxx.<\/i> Such plastics could bring you costs savings when you replace currently used but more expensive thermoplastic elastomers.<\/p>\n
We offer expert consultancy in selection of materials and their processing. In many cases technicians from producers take part in production testing and implementation of their products, which were invented, developer or licenced by companies like ExxonMobil Chemical, Versalis, Chevron-Phillips Chemical, LyondellBasell, Borealis, Slovnaft\/MOL Petrochemicals, Petkim, Carmel Olefins and others.<\/p>\n
Our storage capacities enable direct shipments of plastic granulates from our warehouses in Brand\u00fds nad Labem,\u00a0 Praha-Horn\u00ed Po\u010dernice, Poho\u0159elice, Nitra – Lu\u017eianky and in Trnava. We are able to deliver raw materials in volume of one 25 kg bag to a full truck load.<\/p>\n
EXPLAST has become the official distributor of LyondellBasell colours and additives<\/i> for the Czech and Slovak markets. If you are interested in Polybatch, Polywhite, Polyblak<\/i> materials, which were previously supplied under the brand A Schulman, please contact us.
